I oversaw the design and execution of the complete restoration and hidden modernization of a historic landmark 1929 building which was previously the Sussex County Hall of Records in 2007-2008. Highlights include: restoration of the weathered Limestone and brick exterior, the re-installation of the ballustrade which was removed in the 1970's, installation of a new roof, installation of new high efficiency windows, restoration of the interior floors and walls, removal of the drop ceilings, a completely new HVAC systems, new electrical systems including UPS, ATS, and generator, recycling of all waste, blown-in insulation, restoration of the laylight and surrounding arched ceiling, site work to fix drainage problems, adding handicapped accessibility, new bathrooms, and a breakroom, and the build of a small datacenter with redundant fiber connectivity.
